With whom my personal data are shared?
In principle your personal data are only accessible to the authorized employees within the LS Bedding group that need to have access to those personal data in function of their professional tasks. These companies of the LS Bedding group shall either act as controller of personal data, or as processor acting on behalf of the controller. In any case, those personal data shall only be processed for the purposes as described in article 4.
All these members of our personnel are bound by strict internal rules and procedures with respect to the processing of personal data. They are also obliged to observe the technical and organizational measures that we have taken to protect your personal data.
As a rule we do not share your personal data with anybody outside the LS Bedding group. Sometimes it is however necessary that for operational reasons we appeal to meticulously selected third parties within the scope of the purposes described in article 4. These recipients can only use the indicated personal data for the execution of their specific task on the basis of our instructions and they cannot use them for any other purposes.
As part of processing requests or contact submissions, your personal data may also be shared with authorised Magnitude dealers active in your region or relevant to your inquiry. This applies both to personal data you provide via forms on our website and to personal data we receive through digital marketing platforms such as Meta applications (including Meta Ads), when you interact with our advertisements or fill in contact forms.
These Magnitude dealers act either as independent or joint data controllers, depending on the context of the data processing. They are granted access only to the information strictly necessary to contact you and respond appropriately to your request or interest in our products and services.
These dealers are also contractually and legally bound to comply with the obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data. The transfer of your data to these dealers is always based on a valid legal ground, such as your consent or the necessity for the performance of (pre-)contractual obligations.
Such recipients may be located in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) that may not guarantee an appropriate level of personal data protection. With respect to the transfer of the personal data to such jurisdictions, we shall take proper measures to make sure that the transfer is realized in accordance with the applicable rules relating to the international transfer of personal data. You can receive additional information on this subject and obtain a copy of these measures by exercising your rights as described in article 8.
